Thankfulness: Day 17

I am thankful that my kids are becoming more and more self-sufficient. All that work teaching them to do simple chores and then building upon those with more complex chores. They now can pack lunches, make dinners, wash clothes, clean showers and toilets, fold/hang up clothes, load/unload dishwasher and a whole host of other chores that I don't want to do. It sounds like I'm running a sweat shop just like Kathy Lee, doesn't it. Ah, life is good.

I'm going to miss then when they move out.
