Thanksgiving Part II

Last Sunday, Justin, Emma and I quickly painted 1 coat of red paint (this is becoming the story of my life) and then we went over to my parents' house for our second Thanksgiving dinner. Keith stayed home, contemplating purchasing a wheelchair since we really didn't think he could even work this week because of his back.

Dinner was yummy and we had cookies and ice cream for desert.

The boys played games.

The rest of us watched and talked.

Grammy and Zella played on the floor, giving Emma a rest. Earlier, Emma and Zella were playing on the stairs and running around the house.

When we went home, we came home to a miracle. Keith was up, straight, walking, and there was no more talk of buying a wheelchair. What a relief. He was able to go to work this week and I was able to relax and stop freaking out (not that I was freaking out or anything).

A thankful heart is not only the greatest virtue,
but the parent of all other virtues.
