We had lots of fun on Labor Day, resting from our hard labor (of our desk jobs) by enjoying a Diamondback baseball game! The roof was closed today and inside the stadium it was nice (not too chilly but certainly it was not H.O.T.).
Awww, a Father-daughter moment.
Double awww.
Now, that's more like it. Since this outing was sponsored by Keith's work and food, drink (the non-alcoholic variety) and dessert was included, we ate and ate. After the burgers and chicken fingers, there was Cold Stone Creamery. The nice thing about sitting where we were (second tier) was we had a waitress and the food came to us!
I could get used to that!
We did actually watch the game, once dessert was over and the majority of catching up with the Consalvos was complete. Justin was having fun with the camera, trying to get a picture of the batter hit the ball. Now, we were quite a distance away and we had no tripod, so the above picture was not the majority of the pictures caught.
But, some of the blurriest pictures had something that the clear pictures didn't have, the baseball. For whatever reason, you can see the baseball best in the blurred pictures. Not something that will go in the photo album, but cool nonetheless.
All good things must come to an end, and they eventually kicked us out.
I am convinced that every boy, in his heart would rather steal second base than an automobile.
